2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any rp777 service. rp777 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rp777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
2.2 Residency. rp777 is operated for and primarily directed at players residing in Indonesia. 2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) rp777 Account only. You must not share your login details with any third party. rp777 will not be held liable for any loss or unauthorized activity resulting from a Member's failure to keep their credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact rp777 support immediately.
3.4 One Account Per Household. rp777 limits active Accounts to one per household (i.e., one per shared residential address and one per shared IP address or device). Where multiple Accounts are detected at the same address or device, rp777 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action including Account suspension pending investigation.
4.1 Verification Requirement. rp777 requires all Members to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before any withdrawal is processed for the first time, or at any point where rp777 reasonably requires additional assurance of a Member's identity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request from rp777 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
4.2 Documents Required. As part of the KYC process, Members may be required to provide one or more of the following: (a) a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP); (b) a selfie photograph holding your KTP; (c) proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your name and account number); (d) proof of residential address if this differs from your KTP address.
4.3 Data Handling. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with rp777's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are stored securely with access limited to authorized personnel. rp777 does not sell or transfer KYC documentation to third parties except where required by law or court order.
5.1 Accepted Methods. rp777 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 5.2 Currency. All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rp777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a deposit is made from an account denominated in a foreign currency, the transaction will be rejected and the funds returned at the sender's risk and cost.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your Account.

5.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your rp777 Account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that (a) is registered in the Member's verified legal name, and (b) matches the payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, where practicable. rp777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Time. rp777 targets a processing time of within 15 minutes for all verified Member withdrawal requests, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. This target applies once KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal request has cleared rp777's internal review process. rp777 does not guarantee this timeframe in all circumstances and is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
6.4 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. rp777 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC or resolution of any security review.
6.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds. rp777 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, in order to prevent the use of rp777 as a payment transfer service. This requirement applies to real-money deposits only and is separate from any Bonus Fund wagering requirements.
6.6 Withdrawal Fees. rp777 does not charge withdrawal fees to Members. However, the receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, over which rp777 has no control.
7.1 General. rp777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Section 7 and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.

12.4 Member Responsibility. 13.1 Suspension by rp777. rp777 may suspend a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) we are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority; (c) we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) a security risk to the Account or the platform has been identified.
13.2 Closure by Member. Any Member who wishes to close their rp777 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all pending bets have been settled and KYC requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds are not returned upon voluntary closure.
13.3 Permanent Ban.
